At BTArtbox Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-quality manicure experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products to ensure your beauty routine remains stress-free.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your nail sets, tools, or accessories are in their original packaging, unused, and purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original box and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RA number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
