How long do BTArtbox press-on nails typically last?
With proper preparation and application using our specialized nail glue, our press-on nails can last up to 14 days. For short-term wear of 1-3 days, we recommend using our adhesive tabs.
Are your soft gel nail tips soak-off or file-off?
Our X-Coat Tips are made from high-quality soft gel and are fully soak-off. You can easily remove them using acetone without damaging your natural nail beds.
How do I find the correct size for my nails?
Each kit includes a wide range of sizes (0-9) to ensure a perfect fit. We recommend measuring the widest part of your natural nail or using our sizing guide found on each product page.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I reuse my BTArtbox press-on nails?
Yes! If you use adhesive tabs, the nails can be reused multiple times. If using nail glue, you can reuse them if you gently buff away any leftover glue residue from the back of the false nail after removal.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
